The main objectives that the Association has set itself are:

• Provide necessary and essential assistance to visually impaired people;
• Raise public awareness of the reality of visually impaired people, to promote inclusive education and facilitate access to appropriate resources;
• Support the visually impaired, by providing services practical support, such as: training programs, assistance technological and social activities, in order to strengthen the autonomy of members’ self-esteem;
• Create a society where everyone, regardless of their vision, can participate fully in all aspects of life.
• Support visually impaired people in a creative process income-generating activities;
• Serve as a framework for consultation and decision-making for the defense of interests members ;
• Carry out funding searches for the projects of members of the the association.
• Contribute to the promotion of education and professional training of members ;
• Contribute to the fight against several evils that undermine youth and people women (HIV/AIDS, malaria and STDs, etc.) especially in rural areas
